The Factory Resident Discount Card ### **Terms and Conditions for Local Residents Discount Program* The Application for The Factory Resident Discount Program must be submitted online along with 1.**Eligibility:** The Local Residents Discount Program is available exclusively to residents of Phuket. Proof of residency, such as a utility bill or ID, may be required upon request. All applicant must be submitted through our website. 2. **Discount Offer:** Qualifying participants are entitled to a 25% discount on their total bill (Excluding Wine detailed below)when dining at The Factory. This discount applies to food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages only. Bottles of Wine only receive 10% Discount, Liquor Bottles no discount 3. **Non-Transferable:** The discount offer is non-transferable and can only be used by the named cardholder. Sharing or selling the card is strictly prohibited. 4. **Presentation:** The Discount program QR must be presented to a staff member prior to ordering to receive the discount. The discount will only apply to the Resident Discount Program holders bill. 5. **Validity:** The Resident Discount Program is valid for one year from the date of issuance. Renewal may be subject to verification of continued residency. 6. **Exclusions:** Discounts do not apply to special menu items, set menus, and catering services. The discount is applicable only to dine-in meals and not for takeout, delivery, or online orders. 7. **Blackout Dates:** The discount is not valid on certain holidays or special occasions, such as New Year's Eve, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Valentine's Day. Specific blackout dates will be communicated in advance. 8. **Special Promotions:** The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts. This includes special events, happy hours, and promotional coupons. 9. **Changes and Termination:** The Factory reserves the right to modify or terminate the Local Residents Discount program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through official channels. 10. **Lost or Stolen QRs:** In the event of a lost or stolen QR code, the cardholder must notify The Factory immediately. A replacement QR may be issued for a fee, subject to verification of residency. 11. **Compliance:** Discount Program participants must comply with all restaurant policies and procedures. Misuse of the discount card may result in its revocation and future disqualification from the program. 12. **Program Participants Responsibilities:** It is the responsibility of all program participants to ensure that the discount is applied correctly at the time of payment.
